Birds in the Attic

(Note: this is an old photo. Sadly, there isn't snow at our house.) We have birds in our attic. If you look right below the peak of the house, you can see a circular vent. Some stupid birds got in there and set up a stupid nest. They they laid some stupid eggs and now have stupid babies that peep, peep, peep all day long.

We've been talking amongst ourselves about how to get up in the attic and "talk" to those birds. But my Human seems to have hidden the ladder.

Turbo, you need to contact that husky that was climbing the telephone pole! Or just wait for the time when the baby birds are learning to fly...and just maybe one or two will get close enough for you go get there attention and "talk" top it!!

You all have been busy!

Large Oh, but how would the delightful (drunk) SLop suggest the birds be prepared.

Indy, Thanks! It's even better with snow!

Ender, do you think I should wait outside with my mouth open just in case?

That picture reminds me that sometimes if you pray hard enough, a little bird will drop into your mouth.

I do that a lot at Thanksgiving. Sometimes it helps to give the table cloth a yank. A whole turkey will fall into your mouth, and the people will run around yelling quite a bit. The turkey is delicious, and the humans add entertainment.
