Roo Roo is Fun

.

So I have to admit it that Rooie is a lot of fun to play with. She is often up for wresting...

chasing...

and playing leap dog.

I-9's Are Stupid!

.

Here is a picture of Roo Roo saying "woo" for those of you who want to see it.

My Human told me that she's probably going to be busy with a bunch of stupid paperwork preparing for an audit at her job next week. She will be making sure that all of her employee's I-9 documents are filled out correctly. I asked her what I-9's are and she said this:

I-9's are a document that the United States government makes businesses keep on their workers to show that they have adequate documentation for legally working in the country.

I then asked her if she had to make sure that the documents were authentic and she said:

No. The government doesn't require businesses to actually make sure the documents are not forgeries or fake. They just want businesses to have a document that shows that they looked at some sort of idea.

So then I asked told her that it seemed pretty easy (and stupid). I asked her what she had to make sure was okay for the audit. She said:

I have to make sure that the correct color ink is used, and make sure that proper abbreviations are used. And also make sure that no stray marks are on the document.

After this I wandered away because it was boring and stupid.

A Repeat for Holly

.

This classic Turbo Blog entry original "aired" on July 7, 2006.

My Human found a beer a few years ago called Turbodog. It's made in Louisiana by the Abita company. After she found it, she bought a Turbodog hat and t-shirt.

I'm definitely in favor of products named after me.

Update On Things

.

My poop is much, much better. I appreciate your concern. My Human ended up with a poop problem, too. But she is also feeling much, much better. I went to the vet today. I now weigh in at around 50 pounds. I've packed on a few pounds of muscle since my last weigh-in. I'm a lean, mean Tubey machine!

Speaking of machines, that stupid Dyson has to go to the Dyson Hospital. It needs a clutch transplant.

I don't know exactly what happened to the stupid Dyson, but it might have eaten too many of the berries that Roo Roo brought in the house:

Stupid Poops

.

Yesterday I had the stupid runny poops going on! The upside is that my Human got me some delicious treats that made the poops slow down. And the even more upside was that she cooked me a delicious dinner of boiled beef and rice. The downside was that I had blood trickling out of my hind end and that I'm going to have to go to the v-e-t. I am still full of energy, though. I feel great, but my poops do not!

It's still hot and stupid outside. Yesterday we had some big stupid winds blow through our county. That caused our internet not to work last night.

Speaking of the weather...the guy on TV who likes to babble about "weather events" says that by this upcoming weekend our temperatures will be in the upper eighties, which will be nice!

I'm closing with a picture of me as a little guy (and Fargo and Meeps):

Big Mouths Strike Again

.

It's hot and stupid outside. I'm not very motivated to post much, so below are a picture of Lex and one of Meepie.

Stupidity Offsets

.

I came up with another brilliant idea to separate stupid humans from their money. I'm now offering to sell them "stupidity offsets." I've already persuaded a bunch of humans to give me money so they will be less stupid. It's really a win/win situation. The humans feel better about themselves because they think that they are less stupid, and I have more money for my campaign!

Below are a couple of pictures of me informing the humans about this:

Dignified

.

Tonight I was practicing my dignified look for a future campaign poster:

When Meepie decided to butt in!

We've been waking my Human up at 2 in the morning to let her know that there is a stupid cat or no-possum out on the deck. We thought she'd want to know. Turns out we were wrong. Who can figure out humans?

Stupid Shirt Wearing

.

So on Friday night there were some stupid thunder storms. My Human decided to give the shirt trick a try to see if Lex and I were calmer.

Lex was really proud of how he looked in his shirt:

And then Lex said to me sarcastically, "Heh, nice shirt." I told him that he was stupid.

Rooie didn't want to have any part of the shirt wearing and made it very clear to my Human:

Blogathon Day

.

Good luck to all the Blogathon bloggers out there.

Today we are following:

Meesha

Steve, Kat, & Wilbur

Tucker

and Jilbean

Good luck everyone! We have plenty of bones and Cuzes to help us make it through the 24 hours. My Human, however, is another story. She's already complaining about not having enough cookies and ramen noodles.

Annoying Roo Roo

.

I know some of you think that Roo Roo is cute. Well, she does something that I don't find cute AT ALL!!! Here is an example: Roo Roo was poking me in the butt with her snout, then I turned to tell her to stop. Roo Roo shrieked loudly and with a very annoying high pitch. Rooie waited till my Human had turned away to do this. My Human thought that I'd done something awful, so I got yelled at! Roo Roo learned this little trick from Niki, who likes to invite me to play and then she shrieks when I start!

They are both stupid!

Time Capsule

.

I've gotten behind on my tag responses. My good bud, Marley, tagged me a while ago to list items to go in my time capsule. Then the wonderful Holly tagged me to list favorite books. I'll to the book listing soon.

But today, here are my capsule items:

1. Husky fluff. I'm sure they'll need that in the future.

2. Cuzes. But only ones that some dog has removed the feet and/or squeekers from.

3. Holes. We make so many that we can spare some.

4. "Vote for Tubey" campaign button.

5. Lex.

American Gladiators

.

Today we are lying around playing with Cuzes, eating green beans, and watching American Gladiator. A.G. is this fantastic show from back in the late 1980's/early 1990's where humans ran around and rough housed. (NOTE: That stupid Meepie took my 2 big Good Cuzes when I went to the kitchen for a few green beans.)

Get this! There is an American Gladiator named Turbo!!!!!!!!!!!!

So, I was thinking that although I've told my Human that she can't get any more huskies (or dogs), that the names of the American Gladiators would be good husky (or dog) names:

Blaze
Cyclone
Dallas
Diamond
Diesel
Elektra
Gemini
Gold
Hawk
Ice
Jazz
Lace
Lace
Laser
Malibu
Nitro
Panther
Rebel
Sabre
Siren
Sky
Storm
Sunny
Tank
Thunder
Titan
Tower
Turbo
Viper
Zap

Humans Lead Boring, Stupid Lives

.

I stuck a hidden camera on my Human because I was wondering what she does all day when she's gone. It looked to me that she just sits in front of a stupid computer all day:

It's still hot and stupid outside! Yeah, I'll be banning that when I'm President.

I know you've done without a picture of me for a couple days, so I'll close with one. I've posted it before, but who cares?

Stupid, Non-Sharing Human

.

My Human is stupid. She did not share her supper with me tonight. She didn't share her bacon. She didn't share her omelet. She didn't share her French toast. And she especially didn't share her ice cream.

My Human is stupid every night right now. She brings that stupid D. Animal out every night to suck up our fur. We keep putting more fun on the carpet each night, hoping that my Human and the stupid vacuum will stop their stupid dance routine.

My Human is also stupid because she doesn't have any new photos of me to share with you all. She said that I should post a few pictures of other boring things.

Here's a stupid leaf with a stupid bug on it. We keep pulling the leaves off of the vine, but they keep growing.

Here's a stupid bridge over the Missouri River. My Human went out for a ride in the huskymobile without me and took this picture.

At that stupid non-husky mascot having university that my Human went to, they have these old columns that are out in the middle of a bunch of green grass. A really long time ago, even before my Human went to school there, a building burned down. The columns have stood there since then.

On the Campaign Trail

.

As a Presidential Candidate, I have to go to several events to meet the public. Yesterday I went to the Columbia Second Chance dog wash and allowed members of a Boy Scout Explorer troop to give me a good wash:

I wasn't thrilled, but I cooperated:

They finally finished, but it took me a moment to regain my composure:

Here I am looking heroic, albeit still wet:

In this picture I'm advising my chauffeur were to go next:

Humans like it when candidates stop by their store and make purchases. My Human got me a white Good Cuz and some treats. Because I'm so benevolent I had her buy 6 Jurassic Barks so I could share. Jurassic Barks are a treat that is chicken liver flavored. They are very good.

I allowed my Human to bring home a pizza for herself:

At home, I helped unpack the purchases:

I decided to let the others share my new and old Cuzes. Wisely Fargo and Niki declined the offer, but Roo Roo, Meepie, and Lex were stupid and played with them.

The 500!

.

Thanks to everyone, I made it to 500 blog entries!

Here's some special thanks to those who helped and inspired me in the beginning: Thanks to Indy, who was the first husky blogger I "met." Thanks to Meeshka for the inspiration. Thanks to Bogart for letting me know about Dogs With Blogs. Thanks to C-Bux and Opy for everything (and thanks to your humans, too)! Thanks to Raisa for founding the Husky Bloggers Ring. Thanks to Ivy and Freda for your continued friendship and entertainment!

The first time I ever used the word "stupid" was on 02 March, 2006. I've used that word in only 38% of all my blog entries. Surprising, isn't it?

C$ gave me the esteemed Rockin' Dog Blogger award. I agree that everyone deserves it, but I'm specifically going to give it to the "special thanks" dogs above. I don't care if you've received it already, you're getting it again!

My new good friend Marley tagged me to talk about what will go in my Time Capsule. I want to think about that a bit, so that will come in the future.

I have a lot of pictures to share from my adventure today, but I'll do that in a different entry. Here's a teaser, though...my adventure involves new Cuzes, a doggy bakery, and a charity dog wash.

Slogans!!!

.

Quincy and Tristan gave me the heads up on this site that creates slogans for you.

This is my advertising slogan:

Got Turbo?

And this is my movie quote:

My mama always said life was like a box of Tubey.
